Credibility: 8/10

📊 Our rating: 8/10
  • We didn't find any red flags ― Eagle Moving is properly registered and holds active insurance.
  • Eagle Moving has only had one formal complaint in the past four years, an impressive track record compared to other carriers we've reviewed.

Eagle Moving is a legitimate company with proper registration and insurance.

Since Eagle Moving only handles intrastate Florida moves, it isn’t registered with the U.S. Department of Transportation (U.S. DOT). Instead, it’s registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS). According to the FDACS business database, Eagle Moving is properly licensed (#IM2381).

FDACS only has one complaint on file for Eagle Moving over the past four years. That’s an excellent record.

We haven’t found registration or insurance info for Eagle Moving’s long-distance partner, Enlightened Freight Solutions. This may be due to a name change. So if you plan to use Eagle Moving for an out-of-state move, ask for a U.S. DOT number for its partner. Then use that number to look up records on the U.S. DOT mover database.
