Customers report great experiences with Eagle Moving.
Eagle earns great ratings on several sites, including a 4.6 out of 5 stars on Google, 4.7 out of 5 on Facebook, 4 out of 5 on Yelp, and 4.7 out of 5 on Angi. Those are very good ratings compared to most other moving companies.
Customer after customer praises Eagle Moving for its courteous employees, fair rates, accurate quotes, and good customer service.
Eagle movers do get negative reviews here and there. Some of those reviews, though, are from people mixing up Eagle Moving with Eagle Moving Group (a different company). Take out those Eagle Moving Group reviews, and Eagle Moving receives even fewer bad reviews.
Reviewers mostly complain about damage to furniture or televisions ― pretty ordinary for a moving company. Eagle Moving’s owner personally responds to most complaints, which is rare.

Eagle Moving is a legitimate company with proper registration and insurance.
Since Eagle Moving only handles intrastate Florida moves, it isn’t registered with the U.S. Department of Transportation (U.S. DOT). Instead, it’s registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS). According to the FDACS business database, Eagle Moving is properly licensed (#IM2381).
FDACS only has one complaint on file for Eagle Moving over the past four years. That’s an excellent record.
We haven’t found registration or insurance info for Eagle Moving’s long-distance partner, Enlightened Freight Solutions. This may be due to a name change. So if you plan to use Eagle Moving for an out-of-state move, ask for a U.S. DOT number for its partner. Then use that number to look up records on the U.S. DOT mover database.
