You’ll get a cash offer. If you accept, you’ll see the money in your account within 10 days. You don’t need to pay anything upfront.
HomeLight Simple Sale could be a convenient solution if you’re willing to take a cut on the full value of your home in exchange for a quick offload. Cash offers are usually significantly lower than the market value of the home.
If you’re not interested in low-ball offers or desperate to sell quickly, HomeLight Simple Sale doesn’t offer much value.
