Bellhop gets above-average customer ratings and reviews, so it seems like a good bet that it will give you a decent customer experience.
A few negative Bellhop reviews focused on issues like item damage and minor home damage. But again, many more reviews say Bellhop did a decent job without any issues.
There were an unusual number of complaints about Bellhop canceling moves or failing to show up for moves in the Bellhop Atlanta service area. The other locations didn’t have reviews like that, so this is probably an issue with local staff and not reflective of the company as a whole.

Bellhop Movers has just a handful of vehicles and only 21 drivers in its long-distance fleet. That means the company’s schedule can fill up quickly.
But when we tried to book a local move, Bellhop had plenty of availability within the next week — even the next day. A Bellhop Movers rep said to book at least a couple weeks in advance for long-distance moves and around four weeks during the busy summer months.
